Max Krippa, the owner of the N.A.V.I. esports team, has finalized a deal with businessman Vadym Stolar to acquire the Parus business center in Kyiv. According to the Prime News website, which cites Opendatabot, Krippa was recognized as the primary beneficiary of the Parus business center in December.

Previously, Vadym Stolar held an 80% stake in Parus Holding through the Genesis fund, while his ex-wife, Inna Maistruk, owned the remaining 20%. This acquisition marks a significant expansion of Krippa’s business ventures beyond esports. The purchase of this prominent business center in central Kyiv is a notable addition to his investment portfolio. His collaboration with former owner Vadym Stolar is expected to open new avenues for Krippa and the business center.

About the Parus Skyscraper

Under the new management led by Ola Fine and with Krippa’s oversight through A.R.S. Capital, the Parus Business Center at 2 Mechnikova Street is entering a new development phase. As a prestigious “premium class A” building, Parus is a landmark in Kyiv.

The 33-story structure spans approximately 70,000 square meters, with 50,000 square meters currently leased. This skyscraper is a significant player in Kyiv’s business scene.
